Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and shipping confirmation via email or SMS.

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Clima Craft will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the order and contact us immediately with photos/videos for assistance.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
