Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions.

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is leaking or defective
• The package was tampered with during delivery

• Unboxing Video
• Clear images of the product and packaging

Important Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging, box, and accessories must be intact
• The seal should not be broken
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Products

• Opened or used perfumes
• Tester bottles or sample products
• Gift cards
• Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers
• Customized or personalized orders

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused from our side.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged products
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
